At Hypnotherapy and Health (Viv Kenchington) I am committed to maintaining the trust and confidence of anyone that contacts me via my website: www.hypnotherapyandhealth.co.uk, or via any other means, phone, email or social media.
I do not share any of your information with any other parties. Within the following Privacy Policy I have provided details of when information is gathered and why it is done, and what it is used for.

Website Visitors

On the website I have a contacts form which viewers can use if they wish to contact me. The data collected is:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Message

This information is gathered for the purpose of contacting you back to discuss your requirements whether by email, or phone if you have requested me to call and provided a contact number.
If you decide to go ahead and book an appointment, during your first appointment I will be using an Initial Consultation Form.

The Initial Consultation form will ask

  • Reasons for visit & hopes for the future
  • Name
  • Address
  • Contact number
  • Email
  • GP/ contact details
  • Health information
  • Your ICE (in Case Of Emergency) contact details: this is used very rarely and only in emergency situations.

You will also be asked to fill out a Consent form at the beginning of the first session (post the Initial Consultation), which outlines my Code of Practice, Cancellation Policy and a section to be ticked and signed to say whether you would like to receive my quarterly e-newsletter. If you do not tick/sign this box I will not add you to my mailing list.

During the course of our sessions together I will make notes of information you provide me so I can plan future sessions and produce scripts to be used in future sessions

Mailing Lists

As part of the registration process for my quarterly e-newsletter, I collect your email address. This is so I can send you the e-newsletter and to check every now and then that you’re happy and satisfied. I don’t rent or trade email lists with other organisations and businesses.

To send out the e-newsletter I use a third-party provider, MailChimp, to deliver the newsletter. On Mailchimp it gathers statistics around email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies to help me monitor and improve my e-newsletter.

For more information, please see MailChimp’s privacy notice. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of my e-newsletters or by emailing me the data protection officer at info@hypnotherapyandhealth.co.uk

Webcam Sessions

Webcam sessions via Skype at FaceTime are not recorded and no data is stored apart from written notes taken as would be if you were visiting me face to face.
